I have been variously described as a 'projects guy', a 'safe pair of hands', an 'implementer par excellence', a 'pioneer' and a 'herder of cats'. I trained as an engineer originally and have added practical psychology, NLP and mediation to my engineering, project and programme management and business leadership capabilities. These people skills are now at least as important to what I do as my original professional skills.
